Bar Ampere
Bar Ampere is inspired by its perch upon a heritage subterranean electric substation whilst finding reference from an aperitif bar in Paris. The concrete archways proudly maintain an always been there streetscape alongside the old substation entrance to Russell Place. Collaboration with Proprietor, Vernon Chalker and Designer, Michael Anderson has resulted in a magical venue that salutes the machine age and a unique European dining experience.
