Brighton House

A dwelling has both a breakfast courtyard and an afternoon courtyard to become a childrens’ garden to the east and adult entertainment to the west. The bedroom zones have views to contained courtyards and are out of sight to the neighbouring properties. The single level programme enables a zoned design to accommodate the growth of a young family with only an elevated Study evident from the street.
